Boasting three bedrooms, a generous kitchen and fabulous living room - this property has all the necessary amenities for utmost comfort. Enjoying prime location close to Leadbetter Beach, Shoreline Park and Mesa Center; it also offers ease of access in exploring its vibrant surroundings! All linens, cookware and supplies are provided to all of our guests, all of the time. We care about your stay and hope to have you as our guest very soon! We are sorry but no pets are allowed at this home. Guests acknowledge that some homes provide central A/C while others provide portable rolling high efficiency A/C units. Please inquire first. This property may or may not have surveillance cameras installed in common areas for security purposes only. Any such cameras (if applicable) are strictly limited to public common areas and are expressly prohibited in any location where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists, in accordance with California Penal Code 647(j). Good Neighbor Policy and city regulations require the use of decibel monitoring devices when located in residential areas. These are not listening or recording devices.
