All linens, cookware and supplies are provided to all of our guests, all of the time. Guests acknowledge that some homes provide central A/C while others provide portable rolling high efficiency A/C units. Please inquire first. This property may or may not have surveillance cameras installed in common areas for security purposes only. Any such cameras (if applicable) are strictly limited to public common areas and are expressly prohibited in any location where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists, in accordance with California Penal Code 647(j). Good Neighbor Policy and city regulations require the use of decibel monitoring devices when located in residential areas. These are not listening or recording devices. We care about your stay and are available 24/7 in the event of emergency or other urgent matter. All our properties are registered with the city and remit the city taxes, a legal requirement to operate.
