This beautiful villa has been professionally interior designed to capture the 1930’s and 1940’s unique style while using local treasures so all guests can enjoy unwinding while taking pleasure from their private oasis. Take a trip back in history and experience this gorgeous villa built in 1937! West Beach is an unbeatable location much like the center of a wagon wheel, with the beach, the harbor, activities, festivals, restaurants, bars, train station, State Street, The Funk Zone and cafes stretching out in all directions. No need for a car when you stay at one of these villas, everything is a short walk or bike ride away. Stroll to the beach with a wagon full of everything needed for a restful (or sandcastle building) day on our beautiful coast and return in the afternoon for games with family and friends while cooking dinner in a well-appointed kitchen. Every amenity has been well thought out and is provided to all of our guests to ensure a wonderful dining experience whether it’s a dinner in with family or a few friends have stopped in for appetizers and drinks. Every attention to detail has been made on your behalf. All linens, cookware and supplies are provided to all of our guests, all of the time. Pack and play portable crib and high chair provided. We care about your stay and hope to have you as our guest very soon! Sorry, no pets allowed at this villa. Guests acknowledge that some homes provide central A/C while others provide portable high efficiency A/C units. Please inquire first. This property may or may not have surveillance cameras installed in common areas for security purposes only. Any such cameras (if applicable) are strictly limited to public common areas and are expressly prohibited in any location where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists, in accordance with California Penal Code 647(j). Good Neighbor Policy and city regulations require the use of decibel monitoring devices when located in residential areas. These are not listening or recording devices. We care about your stay and are available 24/7 in the event of emergency or other urgent matter. All our properties are registered with the city and remit the city taxes, a legal requirement to operate.
