The Beach Colony Resort is a gated resort property comprised of three towers. Each floor of the towers has its own elevator code. With only 4 condos per floor, you are guaranteed privacy and seclusion. The resort offers two outdoor seasonally heated pools and one indoor heated pool and hot tub, a large fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball lines, and a private accessible boardwalk to the beach.
