Welcome to Moggs Magic – a 4-bedroom contemporary beach house boasting ocean and forest views and only a short walk to the beach. Enjoying a peaceful position next to the Great Otway National Park, this is the perfect spot to relax or grab your beach gear and hit Fairhaven beach or the waves at popular surf break ‘The Spot’. Moggs Creek is known for its long stretches of sandy beaches for sunrise strolls, ocean fishing and great walking tracks.
With four generous bedrooms, two bathrooms (plus powder room) and well zoned living areas, there’s plenty of space for everyone. A large modern kitchen provides plenty of seating with an island breakfast bar seating 6 and seating for 10 at the dining table. The dining area flows out onto a substantial deck with great views and space with a Weber BBQ and outdoor seating for alfresco dining. There’s even a trampoline in the garden for the kids if they still have energy to burn after a day of exploring.
The separate lounge room is a great feature and a place to retreat with in-built seating and timber feature walls and ceiling creating a cool vibe.
Split A/C and ceiling fans means summer’s a breeze and a wood burning stove will add warmth and atmosphere for those cozy cooler nights.
Set on a large native block, Moggs Magic has a spacious and private feel and a real sense of ‘getting away from it all’. Perfect for your next getaway down the Coast.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
