Coastline Holiday Group welcomes you to your own private resort style paradise in the the village of Pottsville. An elegantly styled pet friendly 4 bedroom home, adjacent to Mooball creek and a short walk to Black Rocks beach.
As you enter the property you will be awed as you look through the open plan dining and informal lounge area to the main feature of the house – its enormous back deck overlooking the solar heated swimming pool. The deck features a table for 8, 2 cane lounges, barbeques, a fireplace, overhead heating, and a double door fridge, with water and ice.
The beautifully landscaped back gardens are fully fenced and ensures complete privacy. Through the back gate there is direct access to the bike path which leads over the bridge to Black Rocks Beach. You can access the creek just before the bridge.
Perfect summer or winter, spend your days on the beach, or on the day bed next to the pool, and rinse off in the outdoor hot shower.
The main living area has a dining setting for 8 as well as a cane lounge suite. On one side is a large media room, with a 65 inch TV (Prime Video included) and DVD. A wide variety of DVDs are available. There is a well stocked bookcase for holiday reading as well as games & puzzles for all ages.
On the other side is a more formal lounge room. All areas are air conditioned.
The open plan kitchen has a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, fridge with ice & water, and dishwasher. There are plenty of appliances for your convenience including: a kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, blender, air fryer, sandwich press and electric frypan.
There is also a spa room, which has a toilet.
The separate laundry has a washing machine and dryer with stick vacuum cleaner.
The master bedroom is upstairs and has a king sized bed, walk in robe, ensuite, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Next door is a small private lounge with a 65 inch TV and DVD.
The other 3 bedrooms are downstairs, all have ceiling fans, and walk-in robes.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and an ensuite.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.
Bedroom 3 has 2 king singles. It also has a wall mounted TV/DVD. (only for DVD or streaming via Telstra TV)
Bedroom 2 and 3 share a shower and vanity. There is a separate powder room adjacent.

In the shed near the pool there are 5 adult and 1 child’s commuter bikes with some helmets for your use. There are also pool noodles, and other pool toys.
Very importantly this is a dog friendly house and a variety of dog beds ( in all sizes ) are provided with water & feeding bowls. Also doggy toys & balls to make sure your pooch enjoys their beach holiday.
A large pile of dog towels are in the laundry.

Pottsville is a charming family-oriented coastal town set at the mouth of Mooball creek.

The community comes together for local Sunday markets on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month, located down the main street which also hosts a local IGA and several family-owned businesses.
