Situated in the Victorian District, East Park Bungalow, is an eye-catching town home just three short blocks from Forsyth Park. This property can accommodate up to Four Lucky Guests very comfortably, and features all of the amenities one could wish for!
The open floor plan creates an inviting environment, and makes entertaining a breeze. While you are preparing a home cooked meal in the kitchen, you’ll never feel separated from the living room, as guests can converse through the home seamlessly. In addition to the open floor plan, the natural light beams through the large windows from the front to the back of the home.
The kitchen features a chefs dream - a gas stove, plenty of counter space, and a butcher block island for serving! For those who love outdoor living, you’ll love the back patio space just off of the kitchen. Enjoy cocktails at dusk with the café lights, or a morning read with a cup of joe. The back yard is a rarity here in the Victorian Historic District, and you will have ample amount of space for your activity of choice.
Upstairs both suites await with plush beds, ensuite bathrooms, and plenty of space to store your belongings. The full-size washer and dryer can be found atop of the stairs, which is perfect for extended stays!
Head South a few blocks and find yourself immersed in Savannah’s culture - with a wine bar, vegan cafe, and the Forsyth Park Farmer’s Market. A few minutes’ walk in the other direction gets you closer to the bustling city. Take the scenic route through downtown’s beautiful squares and end at the well-known River Walk - a great place to grab a beer and people watch.

Guests can find one private parking space directly behind the home. All other parking is on-street, non-metered directly in front of the home.
