The Sandpiper Stay is a charming home in the highly desirable Sandpiper Bay community. Extremely quiet and safe neighborhood. 2 bedroom / 2 bath / 1.5 car garage on a beautifully landscaped oversized lot. Split bedroom floor plan & beautiful Kitchen with large pantry and breakfast bar. Full size Washing Machine and Dryer in garage, with sink. Smart TVs in Bedrooms and Living Room. Relax in your private screened in lanai, with comfortable ratton sectional couch, or Adirondack chairs under the shade of trees. Close to Shopping, Restaurants, Golf & Beaches. The Botanical Garden, Club Med and much more. This is a child friendly house. Crib, Pack-N-Play and Highchair available upon Request. We also have Bicycles and Paddleboards for guest use!! Port St. Lucie boasts easy access to some of the most stunning beaches of Floridas Treasure Coast, such as the many beaches of Hutchinson Island, Jensen Beach and Stuart. This property is cleaned and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines. The health and safety of our guests is our top priority. All high touch point surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. A 24 hour turnaround time will be implemented between guest stays to protect our guests. Security cameras are installed on the outside, only, for your safety. We provide a starter set with an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee, towels and toilet paper. Should this not be enough for your entire stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies. You are welcome to use the washing machine as well. Sandpiper Stay is managed by Property Manager.
