Aqua Vista offers a private community beach path for quick and direct access to the beach and is conveniently located to local restaurants and shops, including Oceanic Restaurant, South End Surf Shop, SUNdays coffee shop, and the Crystal Pier. The open floorplan provides ocean views from the living, dining, and kitchen areas, with plenty of natural lighting and all new furnishings. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the comforts of home and has seating for 2 at the bar. Take in ocean views while enjoying meals together at the large dining room table or spread out in the comfortable living area to connect with family and friends. Shoot the breeze and listen to the waves crash from the large, oceanfront deck with incredible views. The master bedroom offers a King bed, ocean views, private full bathroom, smart TV, and direct access to the oceanfront deck. The Queen bedroom includes smart TV with streaming options and the Twin bedroom offers 2 twin beds, partial views of Banks Channel, and a smart TV. The sofa in the living room pulls out to sleep 2 more people and the full bathroom plus a laundry closet with washer and dryer are available in the hallway. *Waterfront Gazebo is off limits for gatherings or parties. Dock is available for guest to use to get to and from their boat slip. Guests are not permitted to gather or hang out on the boat dock or use the community grills, picnic tables, or private beach area at the dock. *No pets. No smoking. Parking instructions: 2 labeled spots D1 available for guest use. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. *No boat trailers. Please contact our office if you are planning to bring your boat. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Property Manager requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Property Manager reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful!
