A spacious great room with wood burning stove to stay cozy warm on chilly winter evenings (+ forced air heat), a fully stocked kitchen for whipping up a hearty mountain meal, a loft with plenty of room for movie or game night and a large deck that is perfect for entertaining and BBQing after a full day exploring the Sierra. Sleeping for 10 with 3 King beds, 2 Twins + 2 mattress pull outs for the floor in the loft and a double sofa sleeper in the living area.

Blue Lake Springs Homeowners Association (BLSHA) is a family-focused community located in Arnold, California along the Ebbetts Pass Scenic Byway on Highway 4. The BLSHA Community offers plenty of tranquility and adventure. Join us for a variety of summertime fun, family-friendly activities between Memorial Day and Labor Day (fees apply)
BLSHA also has a year-round restaurant. The Snowflake Lodge Restaurant is open Friday & Saturday nights, to members and their guests (including renters). The restaurant offers a seasonal menu, with a variety of innovative and fresh dishes.
