The quiet front end of the house presents with a master bedroom, next to the formal lounge. The main bathroom is next to the living/dining area, near the main bedroom, and bedrooms two and three. Bedroom four is accessed through bedroom three and the laundry area. There is also a toilet accessible from the verandah. To help keep prices as low as possible for our guests, we make up the number of beds dependent on how many guests book so there may be an extra fee to request more beds. Also, splitting the King beds into two King single beds costs $30 per bed. We allow cats and/or dogs only. Per the listing, an extra damage deposit of $250 per pet applies and only pets up to 10kg are allowed inside. Any pets over 10kg must be kept outside.
