Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors and is accessed via a private country lane to guarantee total privacy and silence. Entrance is via the main door onto the open plan living/kitchen/dining area. Full of natural light and featuring large floor to ceiling windows opening straight to the outside, this area is perfect for spending time all together. The lounge is equipped with comfortable sofas, satellite TV (free channels only), wi-fi internet, DVD player. The purposely-built kitchen (with dining table) is fully equipped with 4 cooking rings, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. On the ground floor there are also 2 welcoming twin bedrooms (both air-conditioned), 1 family shower room and 1 extra WC. The master bedroom suite (air-conditioned) is located on the upper floor, and is a true delight. It has its own bathroom with bathtub as well as direct access to a private terrace enjoying breathtaking country views. The interiors have been carefully designed to provide stylish details and modern comforts, yet an homely feeling to live in deep contact with the surrounding unspoilt nature. Many traditional materials such as wooden beams and local stone have been widely used and carefully mixed with modern features.
The outdoor areas of Villa Es Comella are equally unique. Apart from the extensive woods surrounding the area, the villa has its own 3000sqm sunbathing areas with lawn, shrubs and a generously sized private pool (poolside shower available). A true oasis of tranquility, where to spend unforgettable days under the Mallorcan sun accompanied by total privacy, seclusion and the gentle sound of the birds. For the lovers of al-freso dining, extensive terraces with dining table and barbecue as well as rattan sofas are available.
