The comfortable dining table and chairs can accommodate up to 4 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with essential kitchen appliances for a seamless stay. The Guests’ Bathroom features a toilet and a sink. Master Bedroom The Master Bedroom has a unique taste featuring a comfy queen-size bed with two bedside tables and a cosy seating area. The Bedroom features a marvelous view. The en-suite bathroom is spacious, featuring double basins, a bathtub, a walk-in shower unit, a toilet, and a bidet. Guest Access Guests can enjoy a wide range of recreational amenities including Beach access with lots of water activities, a Gym, a Shared Swimming pool, and a spa as well in addition to exotic parties at FIVE. Interaction with Guests All our properties are exclusively vacation rentals in Dubai that combine the service and convenience of a premium hotel with the privacy and comfort of home. Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we are always just a phone call away for any inquiry or assistance. We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays, and other various concierge services at an additional cost. Other things to note Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival. We provide one complimentary cleaning session, once every 7 nights stay. Eligible guests (Stays for 7 Nights or more) are entitled to the cleaning sessions. AlNakheel Mall is a short drive away from the building where you will find all the shops that you might need and also there is a nearby Spinneys Market to get all your essentials easily. Dubai International Airport is about half an hour away from the building.
