The upper open plan living area is a highlight of the home and features a modern well-appointed kitchen - an entertainer’s delight! - and a generously sized living area, all flowing out to a large sunny deck with a BBQ and views to Point Roadknight. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, full size fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. In the living room, you can relax watching the Smart TV with WiFi and surround sound system. The backyard is a haven for the kids with a mini soccer pitch, netball hoop, golf putting hole and a cosy fire pit to provide the perfect spots to entertain and unwind. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner. Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets. All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”.
