This unit is located in the beautiful Soldiers Point a short walk away from Sunrise and Sunset Beaches. It jets out onto the peninsula and is surrounded by water. It is the perfect location for fishing, swimming and relaxing by the bay. Soldiers Point is secluded and perfect for a relaxing holiday. Peninsula Waters is in a great location with cafes and shops located underneath the complex, tennis courts and park across the road and just a short walk to beach and the award-winning Soldiers Point Marina where you can enjoy the restaurants, cafes and bar. Moments away from Soldiers Point Bowling Club and Bannisters Restaurant.
This unit is a comfortably furnished air-conditioned executive penthouse apartment with lift access. It has an open plan living, dining area with balcony access where you can see the beautiful ocean views, have your morning coffee or fire up the BBQ and cook a family feast. The living area is a comfortable place to relax with your family after a big day of exploring Port Stephens.
The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living, and dining area and has everything you need for meal preparation including a fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, stove and dishwasher. Lavazza coffee pod machine (pods supplied)
The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and ensuite with a spa bath, shower, and toilet, bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three has two king singles that can be put together to make a king. (Please advise when booking) There is ducted air conditioning throughout.
The main bathroom has a shower and vanity with a separate toilet next to the bathroom. There is a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
There is a pool in the complex for your use and secure parking for two cars in the underground car park and lift straight to your door.
Linen and towels are provided for your stay with the beds made ready for arrival.
A porta cot is provided please bring your own sheets.
