Property Manager is proud to present North Karelia Villa 1022. 77 km to the north from Joensuu, lake Pielinen 80 m (871,2 km²), shallow water level, partial sand and rocky bottom, beach shared with other customers of Koli Osuma, 2 rowing boats available. Round log cabin, built in 1989 and completely renovated in 2006 (only frame logs are old). Living roomkitchen, bedroom with 2 beds, another bedroom with 2 beds, washroom, electric sauna, terrace. Cozy round log-built apartment in Loma-Koli area. North Karelia Villa 1022 is a part of Kolin Osuma complex. This property was an exhibit destination during Koli holiday home fair in 2006. The apartment was completely renovated for this fair. Fiber optic connection. Covered cooking area with gas grill, shared with other destinations located in Koli Osuma’s area. There is also an iron grill next to the covered cooking area. Ski maintenance room for shared use. Sloping terrain to the beach, stairs leading to the beach. During high water season, the beach is rocky, but in deeper, there is a natural sand bottom. During the shallow water season, most of the rocks tend to stay on a dry land. Ukko-Koli ski slopes 9 km.
Pets are strictly forbidden, because the owner has an allergy.
