The entire lower level is dedicated to living both indoors and out. Internally the downstairs living zone comes complete with a split system air-conditioner, gas log fireplace, hi-tech TV/Entertainment system making it an ideal place to escape any time of year. It also has a magnificent in-ground solar heated magnesium mineral pool & spa. The outdoor oasis has been beautifully landscaped and offers absolute privacy. Relax, play, or just be mesmerized by the wonderful aesthetics this jewel from the Mediterranean provides. Room to park a boat or jetski too. * Living & Dining * The entire lower level and the grounds of ’Corfu’ are dedicated to living and lifestyle. The ground floor is entirely open plan, which enables the ability for everyone to socialize. The kitchen is beautifully designed and has all the modern conveniences. It is integrated with style and colour into the overall living space, which adds to the seamless and understated flair. A large contemporary 10 seater dining table has inspired the modern interior furnishings and is the centrepiece of the ground floor. In true Mediterranean fashion, this is where everyone congregates to socialize and celebrate the best in food and wine! After a fabulous meal retreat to the large, modern modular lounge and kickback. Enjoy the view of Sorrento or the gorgeous specially designed pool or watch the latest on Foxtel via the large wall-mounted plasma entertainment system. For those who want to bask in the sun, catch the morning rays by the pool then shift to the large corner deck in the afternoon. The elevated deck commands views of Sorrento and then on to the Red Hill hinterland. You can access this large deck through large double doors from the internal living zone. ’Corfu’ is the ultimate in a modern getaway. A great place to escape the fast lane and indulge in, never having to leave the property. If you want to sneak up to the famous Sorrento shopping strip for a morning coffee is it only a 10 minute walk away. * Bed & Bath * Corfu comfortably accommodates 8 guests, with the option to sleep an extra 2 children on single mattresses on the floor, upon request. As you climb the stairs to the bedrooms make your first stop at the reading nook which has a large floor-to-ceiling window with views over the treetops of Sorrento. It’s a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy some solitude. Upstairs you will also find a central split system air-conditioner in the hallway. Bedroom 1 - the Master Suite is secluded and has a large ensuite with a double shower recess. The suite is configured with a King bed, TV, and access to a couple of sunbeds on the upper-level deck. Bedroom 2 and 3 - are upstairs and include a Queen bed in each room, both rooms have ceiling fans. Bedroom 4 - is upstairs and includes 2 x Single beds & with a ceiling fan. Great for kids, the room also comes with a small TV. An additional 2 x single mattresses on the floor can also be provided upon request only, should you have any additional children staying. Large portable, industrial floor fans have been provided in the bedrooms for added comfort on those extra hot summer days. The central bathroom, decorated in the same style, as the ensuite has large proportions and is located adjacent to Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4. Corfu has been designed and decorated with comfort in mind and won’t disappoint the most discerning guest! Pets: Small pets, on request only (owner approval required) If your pet is approved you must abide by our terms and conditions. Charges apply for bringing pets (an additional $15 per pet, per night of your stay). Please advise us at the time of booking, or prior to arrival, if you wish to bring a pet with you and your request will be considered. Please note: this property only has a small fenced outdoor area, which is not suited to large breeds.
