This beautiful and bright flat has 2 bedrooms and is ideal for a few days of holidays with family or friends, as it can accommodate up to 6 people.
It is located in the central district of La Latina, a labyrinth of narrow streets with countless tapas bars and typical taverns. Nearby you will find the Royal Basilica of San Francisco el Grande, with works by Francisco de Goya, and the church of San Pedro el Viejo, which has a Mudejar tower. On Sundays, both the El Rastro flea market, which is part of Madrid’s cultural heritage, and the cafés and street food stalls in the area fill up with locals and visitors alike. The building that houses this flat has a classic façade, being a representative space of the La Latina neighbourhood. It is located just a few steps away from the Mercado de San Miguel and the main leisure areas of Madrid. It is undoubtedly one of the most characteristic, traditional and lively neighbourhoods in the capital.
It is excellently communicated thanks to the transport network of Madrid, it is only a few minutes away from the metro station of La Latina and Tirso de Molina.
The flat has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. The cosy living room has a double sofa bed. It has 1 bathroom with shower and a balcony. The kitchen is independent and has all the necessary utensils and appliances to complement your days in the city. It also has some elements that will make your stay even more comfortable, such as heating, air conditioning, WiFi, flat-screen TV and a lift.
