If you have been trying to find the ideal location for your family holiday, then look no further. A water wonderland of fun awaits you on in this fantastically located beachfront cottage with enough room for two families to holiday comfortably together. The white sandy beach lapped by the aqua blue waters of the shores of Port Stephens makes you want to grab the kids, bucket and spade, swimmers and towel and hit the water. Little children can play safely in the calm waters of the bay and the more adventurous kids can fish off the beach, snorkel and ride bikes along the pathways that separate this wonderful home from the beach.
The spacious open plan living area has a 2 seater lounge plus a cane lounge suite, a solid timber dining suite with seating for 10 guests, a 40 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, ceiling fan and un-interrupted water views. The kitchen comes full equipped and has a dishwasher, microwave, under bench oven, glass stove top with range-hood a full size fridge / freezer plus plenty of bench space to prepare family meals.
Wake up to water views from the master bedroom which offers floor boards, queen size bed, bedside tables and wardrobe with the 2nd bedroom offering floor boards, queen size bed, bedside tables and wardrobe. The 3rd bedroom with double size bed and bedside tables is positioned centrally within the property and although it doesn’t offer maximum privacy it is ideal for parents wanting to keep an eye on the kids. The 4th bedroom or teenagers retreat is a fantastic space to have all the kids together and offers 2x bunk beds, 2x single beds, study deck and chair, a 2nd 40 inch flat screen TV, ceiling fan and a private ensuite bathroom with glass shower, vanity and toilet. The main bathroom positioned off the main living area offers a standard size bath to relax or bathe the little ones, shower and vanity.
Other features include internal laundry facilities with a washing machine, dryer and 2nd toilet. There is also a single carport with enough off street parking for 5 cars plus trailer boat, a fabulous entertainment area with 2 outdoor settings, gas BBQ and plenty of grass to lazy away the day relax, unwind and enjoy this piece of paradise.
There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
