An impressive pivot door welcomes you in from the sculptural plantings and stone and timber facade. Drawing you into the heart of this home is a wide hallway, neutral palette and timber paneling. A sea of greenery and natural light streams into the open plan living, kitchen and dining through large sliding doors and walls of glazing. The views are on show in the inviting kitchen which features a wall of sandy-coloured cabinets, glass splash back and a statement island bench with seating. Guests can spill into the adjacent living area and multiple seating options allow you to soak up the peaceful views any time of day, while a fireplace is a cosy addition.
Whether its formal or casual gatherings, the dining area is the perfect space. If you’d prefer a meal outdoors, sliding doors lead to the undercover deck. From here you’re steps from the manicured lawns and pool where hours of relaxation and enjoyment can be found. You can even enjoy quiet time outdoors as the younger guests are occupied in the rumpus room, which can be accessed via the deck.
You won’t lose sight of the tranquil outlook in the three bedrooms. Situated farthest from the main living space is the main bedroom which interacts effortlessly with the outdoors. A soothing combination of timber, white and grey can be found in the ensuite while a floor to ceiling window by the shower adds a touch of luxury. The family bathroom adopts the same calming palette and features a shower and freestanding bath. Situated on either side of the bathroom are two light-filled queen bedrooms, while a double sofa bed can be utilized in the rumpus room.
The Area
A visit to the spectacular Broken Head beach and nature reserve is a must and it’s an easy five-minute drive from Broken Ridge. You’re also a short drive from Suffolk Park where you’ll find a bakery, pub, shops and Tallow Beach. Travel around 15-minutes south and discover the beauty of Lennox Head or the same distance north will see you arrive in Byron Bay where shopping, cafes, beaches and picturesque coastal walks await. Within easy reach is the hinterland, world Heritage-listed rainforests and laid-back villages. Gold Coast airport is an hour away while Ballina Airport is a 25-minute drive.
