Our deck is a perfect place to relax and take in the gorgeous views that surround you while enjoying a cup of coffee or having a BBQ. Bed Configuration: Main Bedroom - Queen Bed (2nd Floor) 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed (2nd Floor) 3rd Bedroom - Sleeper Sofa / Futon (Main Floor) Main Living Space - Sleeper Sofa (Main Floor) Our home is a short drive from the headwaters of the Rio Grande River, North Clear Creek Falls, and is only a fifteen-minute drive to Creede. Once in town you can take in all Creede has to offer from art galleries, museums, shopping, lunch or dinner and even a performance at the Creede Repertory Theater. This is the perfect location for all your outdoor adventures, whether you are fishing, hiking, or just exploring all the mountains have to offer. This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during 4th of July or Christmas/New Years holiday). Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
