A large, sunny, fully air-conditioned two-bedroom ground-floor apartment with its own private terrace and a private garden. The apartment also benefits from a secure private underground parking space immediately below.
Located within the secure landscaped grounds of Carré Marine, our apartment looks out directly over Cannes Marina and towards the distant red rocks of the Esterel mountains.
Walking just over five minutes, you can be at the numerous sandy beaches around the Bay of Cannes or the manicured golfing greens of Cannes Old Course. There are also several excellent restaurants within easy walking distance.
The Neighborhood:
The residence is situated on Robinson Island, a small island formed by a branch of the River Siagne.
Within the 7.5 acres of landscaped communal grounds is a 15m by 6m swimming pool, a 2.5m children’s pool, a pétanque area, a children’s play area and a table tennis facility.
Located alongside Cannes Marina, our guests are offered the choice to use the private slipway to launch their boat, canoe, kayak or Sup board. Alternatively, you can simply sit and relax on the Résidence’s private pontoon, the communal lawns or our private garden and terrace and watch the boats sail gracefully in and out of the marina.
The apartment is equipped with two Smart-enabled televisions - one 115cm TV in the lounge and one 82cm TV in the larger bedroom - providing access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, English TV channels (such as Bbc Itv C4 and C5) as well as a full range of French TV channels. The lounge also has a BlueRay DVD player with a large selection of Adult and children’s DVD (120 titles).
There is also a Harman Kardon sound system in the lounge, connected via Bluetooth or Google Assistant, and an Hp Tango Bluetooth printer (useful for printing off maps, directions, or ticket confirmations).
The apartment is situated in the middle of the Residence and is accessed directly along the garden footpath. It can also be accessed from the underground car park by a lift (one level) or a flight of stairs.
All bedding is provided within the cost of the accommodation and the beds are prepared and ready for your arrival. We also provide bath towels and hand towels for each guest. (you will only need to bring a towel for the swimming pool and the beach).
Similarly, unlimited fibre broadband wifi is provided inside the whole apartment and is free of charge.
Adjacent to the Residence is a seasonal Depot du Pan where you can buy fresh baguettes and croissants each morning, during the summer months. Should you fancy a morning stroll instead, the local boulangerie is less than a 10-minute walk, and two more are just a 5-minute further walk.
Alternatively, if you prefer a wholesome breakfast prepared for you, try either of the two local restaurants - Le Robinson or Le Lagon, which are just a 5-minute walk away.

Located alongside Cannes Marina, the apartment is less than a 10-minute stroll along the picturesque riverside path to the numerous sandy beaches within the Bay of Cannes - Plage du Robinson, the award-winning blue flag beach; Plage du Sable D’or (Pavillion Bleu 2018) and Plage des Dauphins (with its Centre du Sports Nautique).
The tranquillity of the residence is ensured with no passing traffic, merely an approach road, Rue de la Pinéa - which runs alongside Parc Robinson and the Mandelieu d’Aviron Rowing Club, up to the remote controlled gated entrance of the residence.
Getting Around:
All of the beaches are less than a 10-minute walk from the residence.
Bus stop " Le Robinson” (opposite the park) is less than a 3-minute walk from the residence and the bus (Linea 20) will take you into Cannes via Mandelieu. Alternatively, one can take the ‘a’ bus from the Gare du Routier (bus station) beside the Congress Centre in Mandelieu into Cannes.
During the summer months a free shuttle bus ‘Navette Plage’ will take you from the stop Le Robinson, by the apartment, to all the beaches in Mandelieu-La Napoule and into the surrounding quarters.
The mainline Sncf/Ter railway (Marseille to Ventimiglia via Cannes/Nice) is situated within the village of La Napoule and is less than a 10-minute drive. There is also a bus stop beside Plage du Robinson (on Avenue Du Général de Gaulle) which runs along the seafront road, Bord de Mer, all the way into the very centre of Cannes.
Interaction with Guests:
We will always endeavour to meet our guests personally and be available to answer any questions at any time.
However, there may be an odd occasion when we might be unable to attend to matters in person. In this instance, we will always agree on a mutually acceptable alternative arrangement.
