This holiday property is all about the location and lifestyle. Positioned in central Busselton you will be immersed in the Busselton lifestyle with the beach, jetty and town centre right on your doorstep.
Enjoy walking to the beach at the end of your street for fabulous sunsets, fishing, swimming and watersports.
The alfresco entertaining area is the stellar feature of the property with plenty of space for dining and lounge areas. Laze under the remote-controlled fans and enjoy the views of the surrounding trees, water feature, gardens and lawn. Protected and private it has been well considered with lots of natural light plus access to the dining area, bedrooms and main bathroom through various sliding doors.
The property has side access to reach the backyard where there is a large powered shed, expansive lawn, a stunning outdoor shower and a brand new firepit.
Inside the home, large windows and many sliding glass doors allows plenty of natural light to filter into each room. The master bedroom is spacious with large windows framing the backyard views. The main bedroom also features a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.
The kitchen features great bench space, a wine rack, dishwasher, double sink, gas stove, electric oven and a large walk in pantry with power. The bathrooms have been fully renovated, include heat lamps and present beautifully. In addition to airconditioning in the bedrooms and living spaces there is also a slow combustion fan-forced woodfire.
All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company.
