Positioned on the pristine white sands of Tallow Beach with Cape Byron at the northern end and Broken Head to the South. Wake to the sound of the sea and native birdsong from this gorgeous home. Walking distance to the cafes, restaurants and shops of Suffolk Park and Byron Bay’s many excellent restaurants and shops are a short drive away.
From the moment you step inside the gates you are swept away with the soothing serenity of this modern coastal home. An open plan design that has been tastefully decorated spreading over two levels. The lower level has impressive polished concrete floors with timber floors throughout the upper level.
The lower level also accommodates a private, spacious master bedroom and ensuite that opens out to a private outdoor sitting area for total relaxation and privacy.
A central, fully-equipped kitchen, is a chef’s delight with a large gas cooker, two ovens and industrial concrete bench tops. The kitchen provides plenty of space for you to enjoy the company of friends and family.
Upstairs you will find another three generous sized bedrooms that will sleep six guests, master bathroom with bath and a second living area.
The in-ground solar heated pool is surrounded by landscaped tropical gardens with an outdoor hot/cold shower. It also provides an enticing entertaining area that includes a Moroccan inspired lounge area with a large BBQ.

Choose from multiple bush tracks opening onto Tallow Beach, a dog-friendly zone. Renowned for its sense of community and laid back lifestyle, the village centre of Suffolk Park is the hub for locals who frequent the supermarket, restaurants, tavern and bakery.
