Located in the heart of Venice’s historic centre, this welcoming tourist accommodation enjoys a privileged position, just behind St. Mark’s Square and only 5 minutes’ walk from the famous Rialto Bridge.
The apartment offers a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests’ name as a guarantee for damages.
