This casa offers you a quiet position with a beautiful swimming pool shared with only 8 other units. It is a very comfortable and tastefully decorated terraced house, divided over two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a large fridge. On the ground floor there is also a covered terrace with a private garden and a barbeque. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a balcony with 2 seats where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake. Next to it there is a children’s bedroom with a bunk bed. To complete the floor there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. you can go on the beach by foot in about 15 minutes (1 km), here there are restaurants, ice cream bars and boat rentals. All basic necessities (supermarket, bakery, bank) are within a radius of about 10 minutes by car. Manerba del Garda is also an ideal starting point for excursions in a unique landscape. you can do a little trip in city art like Brescia, Verona, Mantua, Milan or Venice. To spend a day full of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park, are about 35 km away. Ask for discounted tickets at your check-in.
