A home away from home Ayia Thekla Seafront Villa Dagi is a beautiful 3-bedroom villa with a large garden and private pool right on the waterfront. Located in a quiet, residential complex in the outskirts of Ayia Napa between the newbuilt Ayia Napa Marina and the picturesque Potamos Fishing shelter, this comfortable house provides easy access to explore the island and enjoy the nearby beaches.
The ground floor features an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen containing all modern appliances and everything you would require for a cooking just about any meal. The living room is furnished with an inviting modern sofa set, large flat screen TV with a variety of English, European and Russian TV channels and satellite TV.
The second floor offers the master bedroom with a large double bed, en-suite shower and amazing sea views, a second bedroom with a large double bed, the third bedroom with two bunk beds, and the family bathroom with a shower enclosure.
The ground floor living room opens up into a covered patio and a large garden with artificial grass that leads to the waterfront. The patio and garden offer a comfortable sofa set, dining table, sun loungers, parasol, BBQ a large private, portable pool and children toys.
This beautiful and warm home is complete with full air-conditioning in all areas, satellite TV, high-speed Wi-Fi internet and private parking.
Just 100meters from the villa there is a small sandy beach with easy access to sea. The nearest organised beach is Ayia Thekla Beach about 1.9km away while Makronissos and Nissi Beach are about 4km and 5km away from the house in the same direction. The new Ayia Napa Marina is a short 3-minute drive away and offers modern leisure facilitates, shops and public beach and pool bar. All the beaches in the area offer crystal clear blue waters and white sand.
The picturesque fishing harbor of Potamos is located within 1 km from the villa and is definitely worth visiting to enjoy fresh fish with ouzo meze or simply to watch the fishing boats haul in their catch in their multicoloured baskets.
Ayia Napa, the most cosmopolitan tourist resort of Cyprus, is just 5km away and there you can find all modern amenities and entertainment for kids of all ages, including gourmet restaurants, night clubs with worldwide famous DJs, lounge bars, beach, bars, supermarkets, trendy boutiques, luna parks and much more.
A car is advised for this villa as most of the amenities are not within walking distance but with a car they are only 3-5 minutes away. The whole area is supported by a well organised bus service and the taxis are not expensive.
Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
