Work will take place on weekdays only; no construction will be conducted on weekends. Seahorse H is a gorgeous three bedroom, three bath Condo which sits directly on Pensacola Beach. The ground level features a garage and there is an elevator in the complex. When you enter this beautiful condo, you’ll notice the tile flooring, upscale furnishings and Smart Tv with Roku in the living room. The glass sliders open out to the expansive beachfront balcony and the transom windows above the sliders bring in more of that view! The kitchen is outfitted with granite counter tops, a tumbled marble backsplash, stainless appliances and a small granite built in bar. The counter height dining table seats 6 and is high enough for you to enjoy views of the beach. There’s also a bedroom and bathroom on this level. Going up the spiral staircase, you’ll find another two bedrooms and baths, one is a master with a beach front balcony as well as a washer and dryer. Built in 2001, Seahorse is a low-density beach front complex in Pensacola Beach comprised of only 18 individual units. The ground floor has a one or two car garage. The condo are on the first and second floors while nine one bedrooms are built on the third floor. There is an elevator that goes to all entrance levels.
