Beautiful apartment, located in one of the most residential areas and close to the center of Madrid. It has two large bedrooms, with a double bed each. The room decorated in a delicate way, fits all needs that the guest can demand, to spend with his family or group of friends a perfect stay in the city of Madrid. It also has a double sofa bed so the apartment has a capacity for 6 people. The bathroom and kitchen are brand new, fully equipped with appliances in perfect condition. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. Very close to the apartment is the Canal de Isabel II, perfect for people who love the outdoors, or who prefer to take a walk with their pets, which we also accept at the accommodation for an extra 30 euros. And next to this park we find the Teatros del Canal. It is a quiet area surrounded by commercial and leisure facilities. We like to personally welcome our clients at arrival. The check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00 and check-out before 11:00. We have a strict non-smoking policy for all properties. The apartment has parking in the same building subject to availability with an additional charge. Ask in case you are interested. We will be delighted to offer a range of additional services (paid and upon request) such as: Private transfers, early / late check-in, and late check-out (subject to availability), Organise your groceries etc. It is very important for us that you have a pleasant stay. Therefore, we are always available in our office hours from 9:00. to 21:00, and out of hours 24 in case of emergency.
