The Space
This beautiful and bountiful villa offers two separate lounge spaces, both with sofa suite seating, TVs and a lush garden, a private pool & beach access. The split-level lower floor offers a private and formal dining area furnished with a table to seat eight comfortably, a buffet unit, modern art and large windows with panoramic views. Guests may access the big American-style kitchen that is fitted with all the necessary appliances for a seamless stay.
Master Bedroom
The master suite is its own haven of calm, decorated in stone and blue hues, featuring a deluxe king-size bed, twin seating for TV viewing and wall-to-wall windows that open out to a shaded terrace. This stunning suite contains a walk-in wardrobe for ample space to house all of your holiday essentials, which leads to the master en suite bathroom, with a fitted Jacuzzi tub, double sink and dedicated walk-in shower.
Other bedrooms
Each of the four other bedrooms of this luxury villa is distinctly decorated to a high-end. All bedrooms come with either a king (x2) or queen (x2) size bed with premium bedding and accompanying furniture to include a variety of vanity tables and extra storage, en suite bathrooms with fitted tubs, and shower fittings.
Maid room
This beautiful villa also offers a maid’s room to accommodate one extra guest. This room provides a single bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower unit.
Guest Access
Guests can enjoy every part of this villa’s bountiful luxury such as its private pool, patio, and garden that leads to the beach as well as an outdoor mosaic-tiled shower. As part of one of Dubai’s most exemplary developments, The Palm Jumeirah, this villa has supermarkets that deliver, beauty parlours close by, barber salons and even a tailor.

Other Things to Note
Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
The Neighborhood
Whether you want to sail around it, sky-dive over it, or take the monorail through it, Palm Jumeirah is the perfect location for a blissful Dubai stay that boasts plenty to do. It’s home to some of the most luxurious hotels in such as the infamous ’Atlantis the Palm’ with world-famous restaurant Nobu, Aquaventure Water Park and The Lost Chambers - an aquarium like no other.
In the immediate vicinity, you can stroll along Club Vista Mare – a series of seven restaurants built on a pier that stretches out over the water. Whenever you’re ready to head into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to the Palm’s neighbouring areas such as Dubai Marina and JBR. For an extra 10 minutes to your journey, you could find yourself at Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, or the trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences Dubai style.
There is a monorail service that runs from Atlantis to the front Gates of the palm where you can jump on the Dubai Tram and Metro for access beyond. RTA taxies are a-plenty on The Palm and Careem is widely used throughout the Emirate.
