How many homes in Downtown Annapolis have 4 Bedrooms with 4 Baths (3 of which are en-suite)?!
Just 1-2 blocks from the Annapolis waterfront, the State Capitol, restaurants, shopping and the Naval Academy, this cherished property is registered with the Historical Society of Annapolis (originally home to “Sam’s Grocery”—a beloved neighborhood corner-store).
After Sam’s Grocery closed up shop in the eighties, the building was converted into a bed and breakfast, most recently called the "Chez Amis Inn". Now its a unique rental home and you have the entire place to yourself! Each of the three upstairs bedrooms has been named by the former innkeepers and they are a tribute to the State Capitol’s history. On the main floor you will find the Treaty of Paris Room-a library with an en Suite bath and Full size Sleeper sofa.
