When you walk inside you will immediately notice that Lazy Dog was designed to allow large groups to be together! Right inside, you will be greeted by a fireplace (seasonal) and large living room (with tv). Open concept design contributes to the spacious feeling and seamlessly connects you to the dining area and kitchen – yet there is more – the space continues out into the back screened in porch and the second living space in the basement. OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE Family tends to spend most of their time in the screened in porch, enjoying the outdoor furniture and 8-person outdoor table while overlooking the woods! The best part is sipping coffee on the back porch in early morning, watching the deer run through! Make memories with family and friends! Did we mention the fire pit in the back yard that overlooks the forest? What a great way to end each day, roasting some ‘mallows or popping some popcorn. A popular favorite is riding the golf cart to the snack shop for ice cream. PARKING Parking for 2 cars along the street in front of the house, please park off the road as much as possible. RENTAL PERIOD Lazy Dog Dunes rents with a 7-night minimum with check-in and check-out on Friday during peak season (mid-June to mid-August).
