NEW LISTING!! This quaint blue cottage on the Guadalupe River (no river view from cottage) between the 2nd and 3rd crossing on River Road in New Braunfels. The fenced and gated lot is on approximately 2 acres with ample parking and filled with luscious pecan trees for plenty of shade. There is 145 feet of river front with decks, and a cement walkway for river access. House has private charcoal BBQ/picnic area right behind cottage under a huge pecan tree. Tube rental is just yards away! There are 3 houses on this gated property that share the river access, the Texas Star sleeps 14 and has river views. Right next to the Texas Star is the Wagon Wheel with river views and sleeps 14. If you have a large party, please inquire about the other 2 houses.

This home has one full bathroom with a deep shower tub combo. This home has satellite TV and WiFi. WiFi and Cell Phone Service are very spotty in this area. No refunds/cancellations for outages.
