Wayne Mansion Main is on one of Savannah’s most well-known streets, surrounded by stunning renovated mansions, just steps from Forysth Park. Indulge in the history of Hall Street, while being centrally located to everything in the Historic District. This three bedroom home can accommodate up to 6 Lucky guests, and boasts nearly 3,000 square feet. This architectural gem was built in 1871, and offers many original details, such as original fireplaces with marble mantels, highly detailed ceiling medallions, floor to ceiling windows and hardwood floors.
The stately exterior entrance leads you up-to the parlor level, where the main living spaces can be found. Upon entering, guests will be in awe of all the original historic details, and the grand staircase that features original wood dating back to the late 1800’s. Off to the side, step into the living room features which boasts with natural light, tall ceilings, and an elegant modern furnishings for your guests to gather together. Just off of this space, A stunning formal dining room has seating for eight Lucky guests for those intimate family meals. Guests will enjoy having an additional dining space at the large kitchen island that provides seating for six - a perfect spot for the children! The fully renovated, gourmet kitchen, is truly a chef’s dream! From the gorgeous granite countertops, high-end appliances, a beverage chiller, and fully stocked cabinets with everything you need to prepare meals, guests will deem this the heart of the home.
Another family room is tucked away off of the kitchen, and has a comfortable, plush, sofa with a large flat-screen television. Just down the hall, a large porch overlooks the beautiful oak trees, and with plenty of seating you’ll have plenty of room to spread out.
Three bedrooms are located on the top floor of this grand estate, which are all fitted with pressed white linens, boast with an ample amount of space, and large smart televisions. Atop of the stairs, you can find a full-bathroom with an original clawfoot tub. Just down the hall, the main suite faces Hall Street, and has a King size bed, large walk-in closet, attached sitting with an antique vanity, perfect for getting ready for the day. The main suite also offers an ensuite bathroom with a marble flooring, double vanity, large walk-in shower and relaxing soaking tub. The second guest room has a King size bed, with ample closet space for your belongings. The third guest suite features another King size bed, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combination.
At Wayne Mansion Main, you’ll be in a prime location to walk to everything Savannah has to offer, but off the path of late-night revelry. Take a leisurely morning stroll down Hall Street beneath the grand Oak Trees to Mate Factor for a cup of joe, or walk over to Collin’s Quarters at Forsyth Park, a local favorite here in Savannah! No matter what you choose to do during your stay, you’ll have the ideal home to come home to.
