Villa Luz is located in a quiet residential area, just 25 minutes from Barcelona, and very close to Mataró Park shopping centre and the regional hospital — an ideal location to combine a beach holiday with an urban getaway.
This modern design villa is very bright and offers fantastic views of the sea and pine forests, as well as spacious terraces and a private pool perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean climate.

GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor is the kitchen-diner with large windows that fill the space with natural light. From here, access is gained to a terrace with an outdoor dining table and barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals.
There is also a living room with a fireplace, TV and DVD player, as well as a courtesy toilet. The main bedroom with en-suite bathroom has direct access to the terrace.
LOWER FLOOR
On the floor below, three double bedrooms are located, all with access to the terrace and the pool area, as well as two full bathrooms.
UPPER FLOOR
On the upper floor, there is a space that functions as an office/bedroom with a double bed, access to another terrace and an en-suite bathroom, ideal as a private or additional relaxation area.
