Beautiful 2/1 condo at Inverness Condominiums on the Comal River in New Braunfels, Texas. This is a corner condo that has hardwood floors, stainless appliances, granite counter tops and nice furnishings. It has a stack-able washer and dryer, pots, pans, linens and everything you need for a family get a way or romantic weekend. The complex has a swimming pool, direct river access, dedicated parking and outdoor grills. There is a large wooden deck that overlooks the grounds and many tables for socializing.
This condo is across the street from Schlitterbahn and on the Comal River. Rockin’ R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up 2 lots down from Inverness Condos between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time period, just contact Rockin’ R shop located only .5 miles away for reservations.
You are provided 2 parking passes, one for a numbered covered spot and a second for general parking. This condo is on the second floor and there is an elevator for easy access. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. Guests will be provided with 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500.
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!
