At Beaver Bend Riverside Park, the Star Haus has dedicated 2 picnic tables with canopy, a charcoal grill and is dog friendly. Avoid the crowds at the tube chute and enter the river through this private access or simply relax riverside and watch the tubers float by!

Downstairs master bedroom with a king bed and in suite bathroom with deep soaking jetted bathtub. There is a guest bedroom downstairs with a queen size bed. Upstairs there is an additional living room very spacious with a futon, cable TV, seating area with 2 chairs and a bar height table seating 4. Three bedrooms upstairs. The first has a king size bed, second with a full and a twin and the third with a twin over twin bunkbed. There is a guest bathroom upstairs. This house can sleep 14 comfortably.
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Parking for up to 5 vehicles. This property is dog friendly with a 2 dog maximum at $25 per day per dog. Dogs must be under 40lbs. Current shot records are required. Please make sure your breed is not on the do not rent to breed list, no smoking, no parties. Residential area of New Braunfels. This home has a maximum occupancy of 14 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500.
