On the ground floor, upon entering, you will find an open space that combines the dining room with an American kitchen, ideal for relaxing while watching television or your favorite series thanks to the free wifi connection, and for sharing meals with family. The kitchen is fully equipped and has ample storage space, making meal preparation easier. And if you need something more, the local shops in Alhaurín el Grande are just a few minutes by car. On this floor there are also two bedrooms that comfortably accommodate four people, with a double bed and two single beds, as well as a spacious bathroom with a shower tray. One has a double bed and an optional extra bed, while the other has three single beds and access to a private terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for resting and enjoying the views and sunset. The entire villa has air conditioning with heat pump, ensuring comfort in any season of the year. The villa is the perfect place for those seeking to combine the tranquility and privacy of the countryside with proximity to urban services and good transport connections. Remember that the number of occupants must respect the contracted number and that parties are not allowed, thus ensuring a peaceful environment for everyone.
