Hello! We are Property Manager, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.
This charming villa offers everything necessary for unforgettable family holidays. Located in a private and secure environment, the property is completely fenced, allowing you to leave your vehicle inside with total peace of mind and enjoy without worries with the little ones. The exteriors are designed for total enjoyment: a covered barbecue area, an outdoor porch, children’s play area and a fantastic private pool to cool off on the hottest days. Additionally, the outdoor furniture is modern and comfortable, with carefully designed lighting that allows you to enjoy the facilities also at night, guaranteeing absolute privacy.
On the ground floor, upon entering, you will find an open space that combines the dining room with an American kitchen, ideal for relaxing while watching television or your favorite series thanks to the free wifi connection, and for sharing meals with family. The kitchen is fully equipped and has ample storage space, making meal preparation easier. And if you need something more, the local shops in Alhaurín el Grande are just a few minutes by car.
On this floor there are also two bedrooms that comfortably accommodate four people, with a double bed and two single beds, as well as a spacious bathroom with a shower tray.
