This is the quintessential beach get-away with King beds and flat screen TVs in every bedroom, bunk beds for kids or extra sleeping off of the upstairs primary bedroom, state of the art appliances, granite throughout, custom kitchen, and EPIC game room! Whether you are in the living room, at the dining table or on the deck, you won’t miss a migrating whale or the pod of dolphins that frolic in the surf at sunset. The ocean is on display for you! As you enter, the floor plan is light and open with vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows facing the ocean. Let the sunsets come to you! The entry level has an open floorplan common area with state-of-the art kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen has a great wrap-around seating bar, perfect for groups that love to hang out and catch up with each other while preparing exquisite meals! The living room has fold-out sleeper sofa and comes equipped with a mounted large screen TV and Directv Satellite service, though with the wall of west facing sliding glass doors, you will be hard pressed to tear your eyes away from the water!! Step out onto the amazing wrap around deck, with propane gas grill for cooking out and large hot tub overlooking the ocean! Lean against the deck railing for a front row seat of stunning Pacific Ocean sunsets! The main level is complete with 2 bedrooms, both with king-sized beds and televisions, and 2 full baths, both outfitted with luxurious, full body, shower panels and tubs! Upstairs is the primary bedroom suite. Again outfitted with a king-sized bed and TV. The en suite has double vanities, a shower, and large soaking tub (No Jets)! Off of the primary bedroom suite is a large walk-in closet that has been converted into a bunkbed sleeping area for extra guests. Pause on the upper balcony, as you head down for breakfast, and take in the expansive Pacific Ocean views made possible by the elevated ceilings and floor to ceiling windows on the west wall. It will take your breath away! Lastly, don’t forget to send the whole group over to the multi-level garage that has been converted into an epic gaming area!
