Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed.
• A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.
Beautiful 4 bedroom villa in Sainte Maxime, ideally located 200m from the beach and with unmatched sea view.
This family villa is in a pristine state and offers great surroundings for a holiday in the South of France.
With 4 bedrooms, all with ensuite shower rooms, a 77m2 double living room with a TV den area, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, it bathes in sunshine and panoramic seaview from many areas.
The property offers outstanding outdoors with a large pool, jacuzzi, several terraces with dining and lounge area as well as a petanque court. The house has AC in the bedrooms, an indoor lift from the entrance and garage, enhanced WIFI, alarm system and Sonos in the lounge.
The villa opens onto a foyer revealing the magnificent sea view from the large double lounge with leather sofas and armchairs in front of the terrace and sea and a TV den behind with an L shaped sofa, flat screen TV as well as an office area.
On the left, there is a fully equipped kitchen with granit counter tops, 4 ovens, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee, toaster, kettle. The dining room leads from the kitchen with a table for 6 expanding to 10 guests and with direct access to the terrace.
There are 3 bedrooms on this floor: one double with a king size bed and a twin that can be turned into a king size bed, both opening onto the petanque court; the third bedroom enjoys a seaview and direct access to the terrasse. All three have ensuite shower rooms with sink and WC, fitted cupboards and AC
The first floor houses the Master bedroom with AC, large fitted cupboards, a large ensuite bathroom with shower enclosure, double sinks, WC and vanity area.
Its prominent situation gives it an oustanding sea view.
The ground floor also has a guest toilet, utilities room with a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer and iron.
The outdoor area offers several zones to relax at different times of the day: a 11*4.5m pool on the lower level with a jacuzzi, sun loungers and shower, as well as two comfortable armchairs and table just to enjoy the seaview; a summer lounge for evening drinks on the top terrace, a dining table for breakfast or to enjoy a meal with a view, sun loungers on the top terrace to take in the sun rays, or the petanque court to partake in a traditional provencal competition
The house is equipped with an lift from the entrance on the street level, garage with 2 car spaces, an alarm system, AC in the bedrooms and living room, Sonos in the living room, a fence for the pool, a gas BBQ, fully lit garden and outside area, awnings above the top terrace and enhanced WIFI inside and outside of the house.
