Located between the rich meadows and the evergreen golf course of Mountain Village, overlooking the exuberant san Sophia ridge lies Overlook Haus. Opulent, seductive, and meticulously detailed, this pristine mountain home is newly constructed and has yet to be rented.
Step Inside, to a striking great room with high vaulted ceilings and huge windows that drench the room in soft northern lights, providing for postcard-like views of the snow dipped mountain peaks. The room is complete with opulent furnishings that balance elegance and comfort facing a protruding stone layered wall that has a built-in flat screen tv and a roaring fireplace below.
The swanky island-style kitchen is spectacular with fluorescent white countertops that blend seamlessly with the sparkling stainless steel appliances. The kitchen boasts a sub-zero refrigerator disguised as a crisp white pantry, six-burner stovetop and a luxe breakfast bar that sits up to four.
Step outside through the large sliding glass doors to find an immersive outdoor deck space that wraps around the home. This space is complete with a sunken hot tub and a fire pit, ideal for roasting marshmallows over the fire and taking a dip after a long day on the slopes.
The Primary Bedroom offers high vaulted ceilings, a plush king-size bed fit with silk-like, lavish linens, huge windows that soak up the northern light, and elevated mountain views. There is also a flat-screen Tv. The Primary Bath comes with dual vanities, pearl white marble countertops, maple hardwood flooring, a massive enclosed glass shower, and a sparkling separate soaking tub facing multiple large windows with scenic views of the wooded alpine terrain.
There are two more guest rooms with sumptuous king-size beds, one of which is propped up against a beautiful wall made of slices of alpine in different woody tones. Each comes with a private seating area, and a flat-screen TV. Their ensuite bathrooms offer large glass showers, dual vanities with crisp white marble countertops, maple hardwood floors, pristinely polished wooden cabinets, and one room offers a separate soaking tub overlooking huge mountain views.
The Bunkroom is downstairs along with the media room. Made up of four full-size beds and twin size beds, and a panorama view of the spectacular mountain ridge. The bunk room’s bathroom comes with a dual trough sink, crisp pearl white cabinets, and a sprawling enclosed glass shower.
The Media room is warm, colorful, and invites amazing entertainment. Complete with a plush couch facing a large mounted flat screen Tv above a crackling fireplace, and a convenient microwave and minifridge to keep snacks and beverages for hosting the perfect movie night for the whole crew.
