Located off Canyon Blvd. During the summer months the mountain bike trails, up-town and down-town are accessible to the property. This two-bedroom, two bath condo is great for up to 6 people and your pet is welcome. There is a marked, guaranteed parking space in the garage and it is only 7 steps up to the condo. MAIN LIVING AREA – Living room has a new 75" Smart TV (works great with Apple TV, as well), queen sofa sleeper, comfy chairs, games and books, warm gas fireplace stove on a thermostat. The condo has been remodeled with heated floors in the entry/kitchen/upper bathroom, new carpet and furniture. THE DINING AREA has a table and 6 chairs. There is a private deck off the dining area with a table and two chairs, and views of the mountain and village gondola. THE KITCHEN is fully stocked with a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, blender, crock pot, baking pans, all sizes of cooking pots, pans and serving dishes. FULL UPSTAIRS BATHROOM with heated floors, combo bathtub/shower, built in hair dryer. FULL DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM with heated floors, built in hair dryer. In this bathroom, the toilet and shower/tub are separate from the sink area. TWO BEDROOMS DOWNSTAIRS – Master has a king bed and flat-screen TV. | Second bedroom has a queen bed and twin trundle beds. There is a curtain to provide privacy between the two sleeping areas. This room also has a flat-screen TV. On the property there are two indoor year round Jacuzzi’s, with one dry sauna, plus recreational room. During the summer months you will find a heated pool, tennis courts, horseshoe pits plus a basketball area. There are also community BBQ’s located around the property. You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (approx. ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street. Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold. Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure. Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first. On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.
