The kitchen is also very large and has a table made entirely of solid wood. The house enjoys a sober, modern and beach design, with only one floor and spacious rooms, making it very accessible and functional even for those with limited mobility. Its 6 suites have large beds for two people each, full and large bathrooms and air conditioning. Outside you will have a large grassy backyard, located just above sea level, creating the feeling of being in the sea. The balconies that surround the house are covered and have areas to sit and dine with views of the sea and the entire coast of Búzios. Near the large pool the yard continues, now housing trees and plants on its lawn, creating an atmosphere completely enveloped in the green of nature. CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY. Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
