South house can be reached along the Gardesana Road and is located a few metres from the beach and about 700 metres from the centre of Torri del Benaco with its restaurants and bars, which can be reached on foot through the lakeside walk. The apartment is located on the second floor within a property consisting of several apartments with a shared swimming pool. There is an elevator inside the building. DAY AREA Upon entering the apartment, you will find the living room overlooking the large balcony with a table to enjoy the splendid view of Lake Garda. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, gas hob, oven and microwave. A large dining table completes the dining area and a sofa allows you to comfortably watch the flat-screen satellite TV. BEDROOMS The first bedroom consists of a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and two bedside tables with table lamps, inside the room there is a bathroom with a shower. The other bedroom consists of two single beds, an antique wardrobe with a mirror, two bedside tables and an armchair and also has a bathroom with a shower. The second large terrace is accessible from this room and from the external relaxation areafrom the sunbeds you can enjoy the view of the beach and the lake. A few metres from the apartment, there is a bus stop and from Torri del Benaco you can take the ferry that will take you to the west bank of Lake Gardathat will allow you to take a tour of the various locations around the lake. You can also reach Malcesine, about 20 km away, and take an excursion on Monte Baldo with its rotating cable carvisit the Valpolicella wineriesthe Bardolino and Lugana area.
