This is a 70sq.m. one-storey holiday house at the south coast of Crete island, above the beautiful Souda bay, a few minutes from Plakias village.
It has a spectacular view of the south coast sea, of Souda and Plakias bays and it is near all the amenities for a comfortable holiday. In front of the house, there is a lawn area and an 18 sq.m. private swimming pool with plenty of surrounding relaxing areas equipped with exterior furniture, sun beds, and umbrellas.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have private en-suite modern, fully equipped bathrooms. There is an open-plan modern kitchen that is fully equipped with all modern appliances and a dining table. The living room has a flat-screen satellite TV, a fireplace and it leads to a covered patio fully furnished with exterior furniture, where you can have your meals and spend many relaxing hours outside the house enjoying the magnificent view and the serene atmosphere. There are free parking spaces and free Wi-Fi coverage all over.
Plakias is a coastal settlement at the southern Crete, 40 km south of Rethymno, with a wonderful sandy beach, 1300 m long, that is ideal for swimming and sea sports. The natural beauty of the area helped Plakias to become a renowned tourist resort now providing all the facilities that a visitor could wish. There are many small beautiful secluded beaches and some of them are organized with sunbeds and umbrellas.
