Set in a fantastic location, with mountain views, about 5 minutes (4.5 miles) from Bretton Woods and 20 minutes from Franconia Notch, Cannon and Santa’s Village, Boulder Mountain View provides a new option for those seeking to explore the four season beauty and attractions of the White Mountains. Experience the wonders of a modern, functional and beautiful tiny home and see why everyone is raving about them! Boulder Mountain View offers 4 cottages and 5 tiny homes. These cottages are the few remaining of the original cottages that existed when the new owners purchased the property, and are slated for replacement by the end of 2021 with additional brand new tiny homes. This is the last season to experience this more rustic style of lodging at lower rates! They are a dated, no-frills accommodations great for those who are not going to spend a lot of time inside the cabin but are looking to save money.

-Check-in: Anytime after 4PM unless otherwise authorized
-Checkout is 11 am - Unauthorized late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee
-The number of people in the unit cannot exceed the reported guest count without approval
-No events, parties or large gatherings
-Quiet Hours 10 pm - 8 am; $100 fee will be imposed for violations
-At no time is it acceptable for people, instruments, tvs, speakers, or other audio devices to be so loud as to be a nuisance to others.
-2 car maximum; $100 fee per vehicle will be imposed for violations
-Groups with more than two vehicles or trailers are required to utilize overflow parking.
-Guests expected to follow posted speed limits and drive cautiously.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation
-No fireworks; $100 fee for violations
-No trash is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations
-Dogs (2 dogs max) subject to $100/dog/stay fee. Dogs that may bark cannot be left alone inside the unit unattended. No other pets allowed. Unauthorized pets subject to $300 fee and immediate removal from the unit.
