Recommendations: We love Peninsula State Park and often ride our bikes down County Road A into the Park. There are all sorts of beautiful hikes and bike rides in the Park and around Door County. Bike rentals in Fish Creek are available if needed, and you can also rent bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, etc. at the Nicolet Bay Beach in the Park. My sister lives in Ephraim, many cousins live around the peninsula, and our daughter lives in Milwaukee, which also played an important part in building in Door County.
