This property is located (not lakefront) with a partial view of Lake Delton in the Delton Grand neighborhood. Our pictures show an accurate view of the lake from our home. The neighborhood has an indoor pool and hot tub that is open year-round. Additionally, there is an outdoor pool that overlooks the lake as well as 2 private beaches. In the evening, you can bring a cooler to our beach and sit and watch boats and life go by on the lake. Parking: We have a 2-car garage available to our guests as well as 2 parking passes that may be used in any of our lots. Main Floor: You will walk into our main floor area without needing to go up or down any stairs. This floor contains two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a family room, full kitchen, laundry, and a balcony off the back and our best views of the lake. This second story, 4-bedroom, condo at Delton Grand (a lakefront community) has an elevator available for an extra fee to assist those with difficulty using the stairs. Our guests will love the three fireplaces, two balconies with different views, the dining table (seats 12), breakfast bar (seats 4), and the garage complete with a ping pong table. The property has and indoor and outdoor (seasonal) pools, fire pits, gas grills and a beach for year-round fun! This unit is located by the indoor pool and just a short 2-minute walk to both of the beaches and the outdoor pool. Upon arrival, you will find convenient parking in our 2-car garage. We have parking passes to allow for 2 more vehicles in the lot as well. The garage has a ping pong table that can be used if it isn’t parked in. This condo is on the second floor, and you will need to climb a flight of stairs once you enter our front door. We do have a private elevator available for those in need. Access to the elevator is made by special request in advance of your arrival and requires an additional fee to help cover the cost of the elevator maintenance and insurance.
