Pool skimmers are available at each property for guests’ convenience. If you are in a property with a shared pool, such as a condominium, please be advised that most condominium communities have their own pool cleaning schedules that we have no influence over. If you experience a problem other than normal daily debris, please let us know and we will make inquiries on your behalf. Our technicians maintain the pools with the correct balance of chemicals on a weekly basis. We are unable to send them out to properties to sweep up daily debris. Pool skimmers are available at each property for guests’ convenience. If your private pool is exceptionally dirty or you find items other than vegetation in it, please contact us and we will remediate the situation. If you are in a property with a shared pool, such as a condominium, please be advised that most condominium communities have their own pool cleaning schedules that we have no influence over. If you experience a problem other than normal daily debris, please let us know and we will make inquiries on your behalf. Privacy: This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property. Starter Supplies: We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items. IMPORTANT NOTE: CountrySide is a family-oriented community that prizes courtesy and quiet. For this reason, we can only invite family groups to any of our CountrySide properties. Additionally, because of past conflicts, we have had to enact a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for any violation of the either our noise or quiet hours (10pm - 8am) policies. In order to be fair and impartial with this noise policy, we have installed NoiseAware in all of our CountrySide properties. This technology is similar to a smoke alarm, but instead detects noise over a pre-set decibel.

The Neighborhood CountrySide in Sterling VA is a quiet, tree-lined and family-oriented community. A sampling of the exceptional amenities here include 10 tot lots, a catch and release pond, and nearly 10 miles of walking trails. Our very favorite thing, though, is also its best kept secret - HorsePen Run Wetland Nature Preserve. This 370 acres of protected land is for CountrySide residents’ and guests` enjoyment. Located roughly behind some of the nearby schools, the preserve is a true nature sanctuary, with 12 different trails of varying lengths. Outside of CountrySide, you`ll find all the amenities and attractions necessary for a great trip, like grocery stores, movie theaters, shopping, and dining. And of course, DC is just minutes away.
