The open concept great room offers a comfy sectional sofa, a stone fireplace with gas logs, a 55-inch LED Smart HDTV, and a wall of windows framing the mountaintop panorama. The kitchen has granite countertops, a custom travertine backsplash, stainless appliances, and a breakfast nook that enjoys the view. The formal dining room has a dining table that seats ten (10) guests. Stone Mountain Lodge is in the Bethel mountain community eighteen (18) miles from Boone and the same distance from Banner Elk. The NC/TN line and Cherokee National Forest are within walking distance from the lodge. There is also an island complete with bar stools for additional seating if needed. The kitchen has beautiful stainless-steel appliances for all of you cooking fanatics out there. Guests may use the 18 bottle wine cooler for drinks, or bring their own pods for the Nespresso coffee machine. Off from the kitchen is the dining room, which houses a large tv and fireplace, great for relaxing after a long day galivanting around the town, or in the morning enjoying a great cup of coffee, admiring the mountain view. The primary king suite is adjacent to the living room and has its own full bathroom with intricate finishes. You have the option of soaking in the tub or walking into the grand shower. The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and access to a bathroom with double vanities, and a tub and shower combo. This bathroom is shared with the third bedroom, which includes two twin beds. The size of the bathroom is great for the two bedrooms that have to share. You won’t have to worry about being cramped, in this spacious, beautifully detailed bathroom.
