There you’ll find your Seabrook neighbors enjoying swimming, bicycling, hiking and beach combing. After a full day of outdoor fun, cozy up on The Surfing Cowboy’s comfy oversized couch, ideal for family movie night in front of the 60-inch 4K smart TV—or keep it all to yourself as you nestle in to read by the toasty gas fireplace. The cottage offers dog bowls and splash mat, a dog blanket, and a dog mat for wiping (cute) muddy paws. For the humans, this cottage has a full bedroom plus two comfy built-in bunk beds with storage drawers and each their own reading light. Great for kids and adults too. Overall, this cozy cottage sleeps four people – like a small family or best friends. In addition to everything, you’ll find a Smart TV with the Sports package and streaming apps. There’s also high-speed internet and a spare monitor, and a record player with an assortment of vintage records to enjoy. To top it off, Forest Moon has an EV charging station – just bring your own charging cable. On your way to town is the Sunrise Pool and Fitness Center. Town center shopping, eating, groceries, and the arcade are an enjoyable 15-minute walk or a 7-minute bike ride from Fernwood Station. Only 3 minutes beyond the town center is the shoreline of the Pacific Ocean where you can clam dig, beachcomb, and remain past sunset. This cozy cottage on the edge of adventure calls to you for a weekend getaway or a real vacation at the beach. Beachcomber cottage is one of the most unique homes in Seabrook. With its spacious vaulted ceilings, a large, private back deck overlooking expansive forest views, a loft perfect for kids and a primary bedroom with a California-king size bed on the main floor, it provides guests with an understated luxury and comfortable relaxation away from home. With 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and the kids’ loft with two twin beds, Beachcomber comfortably sleeps six guests. At Beachcomber you will find everything you need to have a great family vacation. Relax in the Adirondack chairs on the back deck and listen to the ocean, or curl up on the couch in front of the gas woodstove and big screen TV to watch one of the movies from Beachcomber’s DVD collection. There is also a variety of board games and best-selling novels. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to create your favorite meal, and has granite counters and stainless steel appliances. If you prefer to barbeque, the spacious back deck has a large Weber gas grill perfect for burgers, steaks or fish. And there is plenty of eating space, both inside on the large dining room table and outside on the picnic table. Beachcomber is decorated with items that were found on the Seabrook beach. Buoys adorn the walls, shells and rocks can be found on the front porch, and colorful glass floats are displayed above doorways. Nautical themes can be found throughout and add to the beach cottage feel, getting you in the mood for an ocean getaway. With the exception of one step up onto the front porch and a full flight of stairs up to the twin bed loft, Beachcomber is located all on one easily accessible floor. Please note, however, that the bathrooms contain tub/shower combinations that require stepping into. A five-minute walk accesses the town center’s restaurant, grocery, and best of all, awesome views of the pounding Pacific surf and pathways and steps down to the beach. Beachcomber is located just a block away from the ’North Alder Park’ which hosts a community fireplace, charcoal grills, and outdoor furniture. About two blocks away, is Crescent Park which has two community fire pits (with wood), horseshoes, shuffleboard, picnic tables, playground, and a lot of fun park toys.

This 3 bedroom (featuring a king primary on main floor), 3 bath + bonus media room home is just a short walk or bike ride away from anything you can imagine, including the wonderful retail boutiques, market, restaurants, food trucks, parks, sports courts, trails, and of course, the beach. You can start off your morning by enjoying a peaceful moment with your favorite book, and fresh cup of coffee on the front porch swing or kick back in a rocking chair on the covered front porch. If you brought your electric car to O’ceananigans, you can recharge at the charging station located in the driveway at the back of the house. Please bring your own cord. Main Floor O’ceananigans, is equipped with all the comforts of home. The spacious gourmet kitchen with pantry and breakfast bar come completely stocked and ready to whip up an amazing meal. The spacious mudroom has plenty of room to store your shoes, rain boots and jackets. The bench is complete with basket drawers, where beach towels are stored for your use as well. We appreciate our guests helping keep our home fresh for all to enjoy by keeping the beach outdoors, including beach toys and footwear/wet items stored in the mudroom. Just outside the backdoor steps, you’ll find a propane BBQ grill waiting for the ultimate cook-out, a private hot tub, and a firepit with seating to enjoy an evening relaxing while listening to the crashing ocean waves in the background and roast some yummy s’mores. The shed is equipped with outdoor/sports equipment for our guests to use at the pickle ball courts, along with sandcastle toys at the beach during their stay as well. Upstairs The full-size washer and dryer are conveniently and centrally located at the top of the stairs as well as the second primary bedroom with King bed and master bath. The bunk room is the perfect kid’s quarters with two sets of twin bunks (four beds), in the nightstand the kids will find some books perfect for story time before bed. Finally, the upstairs is complete with an additional media room with a cozy sectional sofa, flat screen tv, DVD’s, Xbox and Playstation console/games. Pet Friendly The backyard is fully fenced with dogs in mind. In the downstairs hallway closet, along with additional games, a few touch-up items and dog dishes, you’ll find a cozy dog bed for your furry family member to cuddle up by the fire as well. If you need to leave the pup at the house to enjoy a meal or a quiet walk to watch the sunset, you’ll find a dog crate underneath the downstairs master bed that will be perfect while you’re gone. Outside near the hot tub you’ll find a hot/cold faucet with a spray handle, perfect for washing off those sandy paws. Dogs love sharing this feature with their humans too because we all know how that sand just somehow magically appears even when you thought you left it all at the beach. Just around the corner from O’ceananigans your dog can enjoy the farm district with a walk by the equestrian barn and on over to the dog park where they can play off-leash and meet some friends.

Just steps away from town center with its unique shops, restaurants and the Town Green Park, where you can sit and listen to seasonal concerts on Friday nights. The park also offers wonderful views of the Pacific Ocean, a pickleball court, picnic tables. You can finish the night by sitting at the fire pit which is great for making s’mores and much more! The bright and open main floor plan features a fireplace in the living room, a big dining room table; the fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas range with all the tools to cook a wonderful meal.
